Our Team

Rachel Breslauer joined the Carey Hagglund Condy team in late 2024, following nearly a decade in the tech industry. Throughout her career, she focused on relationship and operational management, so she was thrilled to transition to real estate as the new Listing Manager.

Her passion for real estate was ignited during her four years at WeWork, where she oversaw operations and successfully launched new office buildings in the Los Angeles area. Since then, Rachel has become a real estate investor and is advancing her journey in Marin.

Originally from San Diego, Rachel fell in love with Marin during her first visit to see her now in-laws. She and her husband, Dylan (a Marin native),reside in San Anselmo. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys exploring the Bay Area's dining scene, taking day trips to Point Reyes, and hiking nearby trails.
