Born and raised in Marin and now raising her own family here, Kaitlin Lopin Gilbert brings a perspective to Marin real estate that can only come from knowing a place over a lifetime. Growing up in San Anselmo, she developed a deep understanding of Marin's communities and the lifestyle that makes them so sought after—from exceptional schools and close-knit neighborhoods to unparalleled access to nature and an active outdoor lifestyle.

After beginning her career in commercial real estate in San Francisco, Kaitlin joined the Carey Hagglund Condy Team in 2019 and has since played an integral role in the team's continued success. Having lived in San Francisco before returning to Marin, she also understands firsthand the transition many of her clients make from city living and what draws them here.

Kaitlin's combination of personal experience, lifelong local knowledge, and market expertise allows her to help clients identify not only the right property, but the right community for how they want to live. Known for her proactive communication, calm and steady approach, and strong relationships with clients, agents, and trusted vendors, she brings a high level of care and commitment to every transaction.

Away from real estate, Kaitlin enjoys spending time with her husband, their two young sons, and their dogs, exploring Marin's open spaces, discovering local restaurants, taking Pilates classes, and enjoying the communities she is proud to call home.
