Kaitlin Lopin Gilbert joined the Carey Hagglund Condy Team in 2019, having previously worked in commercial real estate. She has been instrumental in supporting over $700M in sales for Carey. Kaitlin’s extensive market knowledge of Marin County stems from being raised in San Anselmo, where she attended local elementary, middle, and high school. She earned her degree in Business Administration with a concentration in project management from California State University, Chico. Kaitlin currently lives in Fairfax with her husband, newborn son, and their dogs.

Having ventured into homeownership in 2020, Kaitlin especially enjoys leveraging her expertise to help first-time home buyers who have been renting in Marin or who are looking to move from San Francisco, where she once lived.

When Kaitlin's not working, she enjoys exploring with her family, the local trails and restaurants around Fairfax and San Anselmo and throughout Marin County.
