Courtney Condy joined the Carey Hagglund Condy Team in 2024, bringing a lifetime of local knowledge, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a deep appreciation for the Marin lifestyle. Raised in Marin and the daughter of Carey Hagglund Condy, one of Marin's leading Realtors, Courtney developed an early passion for real estate and a deep understanding of the communities, natural beauty, and quality of life that make Marin such a special place to call home.

Today, Courtney lives in West Marin with her husband and their two young sons. As a Marin native raising her own family here, she appreciates the qualities that draw people to the area: exceptional schools, vibrant communities, easy access to San Francisco, and an unmatched combination of natural beauty, outdoor recreation, and quality of life.

Courtney especially enjoys helping founders, innovators, executives, and growing families make Marin their home. Having built a company herself and now raising her own family here, she understands that buying a home is both a financial decision and a lifestyle choice. As part of the Carey Hagglund Condy Team, Marin's #1 Compass Team, Courtney combines a thoughtful, strategic approach with high-touch, full-service support, helping clients make informed decisions with clarity and confidence.

A graduate of Bucknell University with degrees in East Asian Studies and International Relations, Courtney brings a global perspective and entrepreneurial spirit to real estate. Before joining the Carey Hagglund Condy Team, she spent nearly a decade leading adventure travel experiences for Backroads and Rustic Pathways before founding Occupation Wild, a leading outdoor career platform. Her entrepreneurial background, combined with strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail, enables her to connect naturally with clients while guiding them through every stage of the real estate journey.
