She combines direct transaction experience with the team’s relationships, market visibility, and operating discipline, giving her clients an advantage in a competitive environment where timing, access, and execution matter.

Carli works across the full range of Marin's neighborhoods and price points, from first-time purchases to high-end luxury sales. She is particularly attuned to buyers relocating from San Francisco, having made that transition herself. She brings the same organized, steady approach and commitment to clear communication to every transaction, and clients consistently describe her as responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in their outcome.

A key part of what Carli offers is access. As part of a team with over $1.2 billion in career sales and longstanding relationships throughout Marin, she actively surfaces off-market opportunities that never reach the public market. Combined with her experience supporting team members on competitive negotiations and deal structuring, her clients come to the table better positioned and better prepared.

Prior to real estate, Carli worked in sales management in the Wine and Spirits industry, where she developed a foundation in client service, relationship management, and negotiation.

Carli lives in Corte Madera with her husband, their daughter, and their dog, Pepper. Outside of work, you'll find her on Marin's trails, exploring the local dining scene, or spending time with family in Corte Madera and Tiburon.
